    Article 1 (Purpose)

    These Terms of Use are intended to define the conditions and operational matters related to the use of services provided by “NOT ON EARTH mall” (hereinafter referred to as the “Site”).

    Article 2 (Definitions)

    The key terms used in these Terms are defined as follows:

    Member: A user who agrees to these Terms, provides personal information, completes registration, and enters into a service agreement with the Site.
    Service Agreement: A contract between the Site and the Member regarding the use of services.
    Member ID (“ID”): A unique combination of letters and numbers assigned to each Member for identification and service use.
    Password: A combination of letters and numbers chosen by the Member to verify identity and protect rights.
    Operator: The entity that establishes and operates the Site.
    Termination: The cancellation of the service agreement by the Member.
     

    Article 3 (Rules Outside These Terms)

    The Operator may separately announce operational policies when necessary. In case of conflict, such policies shall take precedence over these Terms.

    Article 4 (Formation of Service Agreement)
    The agreement is formed when a user applies for membership and the Operator approves the application.
    By selecting “I agree” during registration, the user is deemed to have agreed to these Terms.
     

    Article 5 (Application for Service Use)
    Users must provide required information (ID, password, nickname, etc.).
    Users providing false or stolen information cannot claim any rights and may be subject to legal penalties.
     

    Article 6 (Privacy Policy)

    The Site does not store user passwords, and all related matters follow the Privacy Policy.

    The Operator strives to protect personal information in accordance with applicable laws.

    However, the Operator is not responsible for information exposed due to the Member’s own fault.

    If unlawful content is posted, the Operator may review and submit such data to relevant authorities upon request.

    Article 7 (Obligations of the Operator)
    Legitimate complaints or opinions must be handled promptly.
    The Operator shall maintain stable service and may repair or restore systems when necessary.
    However, service may be temporarily suspended due to unavoidable reasons.
     

    Article 8 (Obligations of Members)

    Members must:

    Comply with these Terms, policies, and applicable laws
    Not interfere with the Site’s operations or damage its reputation
    Not transfer or assign service rights without consent
    Properly manage their ID and password
    Not infringe intellectual property rights
     

    Article 9 (Service Hours)
    Service is available 24/7 unless technical or operational issues arise.
    The Site may suspend services without prior notice in cases such as:
    System maintenance or failure
    Natural disasters or emergencies
    Telecom service disruptions
    Excessive traffic
    If possible, prior notice will be given.
     

    Article 10 (Termination of Service Use)
    Members may terminate their account online.
    Upon termination, all related data will be deleted and no longer accessible to the Operator.
     

    Article 11 (Restrictions on Service Use)

    The Site may restrict or terminate service if Members:

    Provide false information
    Interfere with others’ use
    Impersonate staff
    Violate rights or laws
    Misuse IDs
    Collect or misuse personal data
    Engage in criminal activity
     

    Article 12 (Management of Content)
    The Operator manages all content and may delete inappropriate materials.
    Content may be removed without consent if required by authorities.
    Prohibited content includes:
    Defamation or insults
    Violations of public order
    Illegal or pirated materials
    Commercial spam
    Copyright infringement
    Content may be temporarily blocked upon third-party claims.
     

    Article 13 (Content Storage)

    If the Site is discontinued, efforts will be made to notify users and allow content transfer.

    Article 14 (Copyright of Content)
    Copyright belongs to the Member who created the content.
    The Site cannot use content commercially without consent.
    Members may not commercially exploit Site content.
    The Operator may remove content violating these Terms.
     

    Article 15 (Damages)
    Members bear primary legal responsibility for their actions.
    The Site is not liable for damages caused by force majeure or user fault.
     

    Article 16 (Disclaimer)

    The Operator is not liable for:

    Failure to achieve expected results
    Service interruptions
    User-generated content
    User negligence
    Disputes between users or third parties
    Accuracy or reliability of content
    Transactions between users
    System failures beyond control (e.g., cyberattacks, unknown viruses)
    Supplementary Provision

    These Terms shall take effect from <Site Launch Date>.
