  • Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
    • Items may be returned or exchanged within 7 days of receipt.
      However, for electronic products, returns/exchanges are not accepted if the packaging has been opened or damaged, resulting in loss of product value.
    • If the delivered product or service differs from the advertised content or is incorrectly fulfilled, returns/exchanges are possible within 3 months from the date of receipt, or within 30 days from the date the issue was identified.
  • Non-Returnable / Non-Exchangeable Cases
    • If the product is lost or damaged due to the customer’s responsibility
      (except when packaging is opened solely to inspect the product)
    • If the packaging has been opened or tags have been removed/damaged, causing a loss of product value
    • Items explicitly marked as non-returnable/non-exchangeable on the website
    • Products whose value has significantly decreased over time, making resale difficult

  • Refund Policy
    • Refunds will be processed within 3 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected.
    • For credit card payments, the approval will be canceled to prevent the charge from being billed.
      (However, depending on the billing cycle, the charge may appear on your statement and will be refunded by the card issuer in the following billing cycle.)
